I helped two people set this very machine up in the last several weeks. It is powerful and responsive. Both people are very happy with the purchase. One of them is retired and the other works from home, and by their own account they spend a lot of time on the computer already.

I helped set one of these up recently, and you should know before buying this machine is in S-Mode, which is Microsoft’s Store mode. No programs can be installed unless found within the Windows Store. You can remove S-Mode, but this is likely best for a child or someone afraid of doing something wrong on their computer, like accidentally installing a virus.
You will generally have a harder time getting support on an S-Mode computer, and typically switching a computer out of S-Mode will result in a slight decrease in performance.
For all these reasons, I will remove this laptop from this list and add it to another list. I’m only not doing it yet since I need to plan the other lists and decide on the layout. I did, however, want to warn people.
